It's been awhile since I've updated. The show the 1st was amazing, thanks to all the kids who came out, we played some of The Prophecys songs for fun. Since my last up date I've been to 3 shows, one of which was 309 Fest, which was really sweet, say TPTD, Pound For Pound, Once For All, and a bunch of other sweet ones. King of Clubz covered Down By Law, it was sweet. Boomer was drunk off his ass and put holes in the walls, which then led to even more holes by other people. Big thanks to Bobby, Erica and Brooke, for the great escapade.
Next show was CDC like 2 days ago, on Thurday in peoria, which was fucking sweet, Leavenworth was pretty good too for the most part. Even more holes were put in the walls of a different venue this was stricktly an accident, but still, with all of us fat guys you'd think they'd learn to have shows in places with sturdy walls ;-) I road up with Jason and Kenny, and on the way back it was fucking storming and I hate storms so I was crying for my mommy.
Last night was Spitalfield here in Burlington, I went cause Jason thought it'd be fun, a lot of kids were there and it was good to see people, after that a bunch of people stayed at my house, ordered the 555 deal just like the commercial and it was amazing, I was so hungry, then after that we all made out/went to bed/listened to Carissa bitch about how long it was taking Jake Schroeder to get there and she was lonely.
This week has been very weird, all though I accomplished one of my long term goals, very shortly and let me tell you, it was fucking amazing. That's basically all of it summed up, I'm pretty lazy today. |

I saw Bane last night, it was really sweet, I'm still tired and sore from it, went up there with Jason and Erica, saw Ignite The Will, and there new song is really good but it's quite a bit different. I saw With Honor cover Gorilla Biscuits and it reminded me of spyke and his hair cut haha, saw Bane it was amazing, this post is just an update cause I havent in a while, I've been real busy with lifting, and school, Jake Belcher is finally back and we played wall ball the other day, it was sweet, I need a love in my life, but I'm not toooo worried about it, well that's all. |

I SAW EMILY!!!
more on my weekend, friday night I went up to see The Rocket Summer and Cartel, and some other bands? It was interesting, a lot of sweet people were there. I went up with Jake Schroeder, Rachel Whalen and Brooke, it was a fun car ride, I mooned some people and Jake drove 100 after he smoked some weed haha I was kinda scared to be completely honest he was getting so close to hitting other cars, but yea it was fun. We went and got McDonalds and I got a free drink. Then we went to the show and saw the bands I hung out with everybody, then afterwards I came home and hung out with Nikki. Saturday I woke up at like one, and went to the gym, came home at like 3 showered, and got ready for band practice with Scotty and Steven. Jason picked me up, at like 4. Then we went to his house he showered and sat shit up and watched the Illinois game, I wont again, if I win tonight I got 50$ finally me and Jason wrote part of a song, and Erica came over, Nikki showed up a little later, we finished watching the game, then Scotty and Steven finally got there, it was like 7? haha they set up the PA and stuff, and we play until like 8:30 and got a pretty sweet song finished. After this we all went to Happy Joes and saw Nikki Long and ate some hella good pizza, then we went to my house. My house was pretty boring as usual, just hung out and stuff, then everybody went home and Scotty and Steven went to Jasons to stay the night. I woke up at 1:34 exactly, got dressed, Jason called me and told me they were comming to get me for day two of practice, so they did, and we went back to Jasons to practice, practice lasted until around 3:30 we just worked on that song some more to get it down with vocals, and we did. After this Scotty and Steven departed, and it was a sad time, then Jason took me home. I went to the gym, then ran to the park to play sand volleyball, we burried Bob, and gave him a sand penis and pair of boobs, it was fun, girls got sand in their vaginas and I had a good time, I came home did nothing, went to bed, and now I'm here in school again, what a gloarious life I lead eh? Yea I play basketball next period, I'm going to kill kids, I got mad game.

So this weekend was pretty sweet, hung out with Alexis, Jason, Nikki, Sade, and Joe and Laci for a bit, watched Friday Night Fights, and the Irish dominated as expected, then went home and went to bed, woke up kinda early Saturday morning didnt have shit to do, took a nap in the early after noon which was ruined by Scotty calling me and asking me if I wanted to go to Wisconsin to see Defense and Bound By Honor, I didn't think I could at first then I got 20$ and a ride to Iowa City with Megan, thanks again for the ride, we met angel at the mall, on the way to pick up dan we listened to Earth Crisis the forever true cd, reminded me how much I miss EC, so anyways we met up with Scotty on the side of the highway somewhere in the QC, then we continue our journey, not much happened scotty tried to fall a sleep and Angel yelled at him, then we got to a gas station right inside of Wisconsin? that had a taco bell attached to it, me and Scotty went in there and Angel went to the BP, I stole sharks and bought a gatorade and reeses penut butter cups, then we started going towards edgerton again, took an exit, then got lost for a little bit cause Angel doubted my knowledge, then we got to the venue just in time for SPUDMONKEY!!!! haha they were by far the worst band to ever think they were amazing haha, saw Jersey for the first time in around a year, saw a bunch of people I didn't know and for a little bit it was kinda awkward cause me and Scotty didnt know anybody, but it was still cool, Endless Fight played I'm pretty sure they are amazing and we are playing with them again May 1st in Burlington, same with Amora Savant, it was kinda boring, didnt dance that much but did a little bit, the venue was pretty amazing though I'll give it that, it was like a weak ass night club, but there were like two rooms with stages in them so a band could play while another one set up, but the room behind the main stage was small, and glass got broke out of a window because kids were dancing and ran into a table or some shit. Bound By Honor played and they were sweet first time seeing them play in a while, then Defense played and they did "horrible" because they forgot some stuff because they didnt practice, but I still enjoyed it, it was a good time. After the show we all drove to Watertown, us three, Defense and Bound By Honor, went to a sweet pizza place called Phils, with this really hott waitress, me and Scotty were entertained by it (typical dudes) after that which is like 2 a.m. we went to Jerrets house to go to bed which didn't really happen till like 5, Scotty cuddled, drooled, and farted on Dene, we woke up after everybody else had already ate probably because we were hella tired, we woke up later, Scotty took a shower, I hung out with dudes in Jerrets bed room, after all that I went and got a bowl of cereal with Scotty and Nick said he likes me cause I'm not vegan haha, after all this we finally leave at like 1 in the afternoon, on the way back we stopped at an oasis caus Angel didn't feel well. I'm pretty sure the oasis was after our exit cause we got lost and ended up by Chicago, it wasn't very fun, high likes were stopping, on the side of the road so me and Scotty could pee, we do it while waving at cars, Angel put on the burger king hat and starts flippin out, we stole drinks, Angel gets pisst, put a red mark on Scottys nose with marker while he's sleeping and wont ever know unless he reads this, Angel screaming MOTHER HELL! on the way there, it was pretty amazing car ride both ways, so I got to the QC and I met up with Dan and Alexis so they could take me 2 more hours back to Burlington which went fast cause I was talking to Mahi hahahaha then we went to Brookes and picked her up and she hung out for a bit, then we took her home and I took them to Ariels to get gas money to get home, and then they took me home and I went to sleep for the first time all day it was amazing, I'm pretty sure im dying right now cause I'm so tired, and I have to go do a commerical for marketing next period it's gay, but that was my weekend hopefully I'll be back in Wisconsin/Minnesota soon cause it was sweet hanging out, that's all. |

not too much going on I'm getting over pink eye 100% now and starting to feel normal, I'm in Computer Apps 2 waiting to go swim im actually kinda excited for it, I'm not really sure what I'm doing this weekend although Dan and Alexis are comming down, and Chess might? Illinois won last night, but Iowa lost, sweet friday night fight tonight, and there was a decent fight on last year deemed fight of 2005 already I'm sure another fight will steal this title this early in the year. anyways this week has been hella boring comming to school these last three days seeing some people I missed, not really haha, anyways I decided I should update a little so here it is. |

this week has been horrible, and by this week I mean when I started getting pink eye on wednesday. so yea, I have pink eye in both of my eyes now, and what feels like the flu, and I've had it reallly bad since I woke up on Thursday, but out side of my sickness this weekend was pretty sweet, or could have been fucking awesome. Thursday ITRB practiced, it was interesting, we added a sweet chant thing, and changed and finalized stuff before our show the next day (I didn't go to school Thursday) so anyways after that we loaded all the stuff up into really tight spaces, like my 5150, and guitar into Joes car. anyways I woke up Friday feeling worse, and my eye wouldnt stop watering, I was getting pissed, the whole way up to IC my eye would fucking water, and burn and I couldnt sleep because I now had a fever that made me really hot, so it was like 30 degrees out and we had the AC on haha, so we got there, saw Tiffany, gave Tiffany a hug, she followed me and Jason to go see Chris who wasnt even at work yet. so we come back, and we start to set up the show isnt really that fun right now, and Katie shows up, I see her, and run and hug her. She has to go get her stuff from Burge but never told Jason she was ganna take his car, he just thought she ment she had to take her bag to his car so he gave her his keys. she ends up in a different parking garage I had to go find her for obvious reasons I was in a t-shirt and it was colder now and I was feelin just right haha. anyways she drives me back to gabes, I finish setting up, we start to play, aparently the sound guy didn't know what the hell he was doing (we all know that) this guy ahh he gets on my nerves, seriously, it's not that hard to have equipment, that works, have it set up properly, and have to do more than a 30 second level check, grr it bugs me when he's running on stage, un plugging the mic that's picking up my guitar cab, and plugging a different cable into it, this cable obviously not set at the same level, it just made us sound real bad for a song or two. Tyler Moore was there, that was cool, he dance, and so did Jack, and Marc, and some other kid I didn't know, thanks for dancing im glad somebody did and im glad you came you're the reason we play shows even when we know there's ganna be nobody there cause there's a much bigger show like a half hour away haha, so anyways there was this sweet drunk dude, pretty old, in a green bay packers sweatshirt, he was a sweet guy, probably the coolest person at this show by far, he starts dancing with the beer in his hand (it's not bottled either, it's a mug), oh god I laughed so hard it was so funny, he said the quote stated above when we played 4321 when Joe said this song is about stupid bitches. I'm so pissed that I didn't get to hug Emily, or even see her at all :-( I'm sorry next time, I'll make up to you, promise <3 also sorry to anybody else who got pissed cause I left right after we played cause I felt like shit and wanted to sleep. Katie rode back with us, my eyes started to water again, we got home at like 9 haha and then we went to Jasons for "the sleep over" basically, I tried to go to sleep all night and couldn't because people were being loud, and then when I did go to sleep I slept on this rickty ass couch that stabbed me in the back all night I woke up and couldnt move my neck went down stairs at like 6, watched some sweet hallmark movie, then tried to go back to sleep, failed, woke up again took an hour long shower, went and ate a bunch of cereal and a blue berry bagel. after all this Jason took me home so I could take a nap, and came and got me at 4 this time he was with Steven, and they were listening to disturbed really loud haha, went to Jasons hung out with Steve and Jason for a bit, and then DTYK showed up they practiced, half way through Fight Back called and came to Jasons and got me, I took them to the senior center they set up, a couple kids showed up, Fight Back played they were sweet, then Hit The Ground Dead played, they were reallly good for thier first show, I didn't dance much for anybody cause I was deathly sick. DTYK played and I danced a little, they sounded good, Nikki Land was there, for a half second then she probably went to go get drunk since that's all she does anymore. Cru Jones played, I sat in the back with Courtney and Katie cause I didn't want to live anymore, said bye to a couple people but I was seriously ready to go home, so sorry if I missed you. I'm pretty sure I'm going back to see the docter again today or tomorrow we'll see how that turns out, I really need to go back to school or else I'm ganna fail all of my classes (like I already am) that's all, goodbye friends, call me sometime during the day if you want I'm bored and will talk to you.. |

I finally got a real picture for you all since i stole Jasc Paint Shop Pro from school and could finally resize a pic. Last night I went to a show downtown it was alright was more on the punk/indie side, a little too much for me, but it's my scene I got to do my part and go to shows to help out. School sucks, I need a girlfriend, saw Joe this weekend, and Brandon beat up a kid named Marcus cause he wouldnt keep his mouth shut, I like to just state random things that have happend in the past couple days because I haven't updated in years, starting a band, Dennis is ganna do vocals it's ganna fucking rule. This weekend was awesome (in greatest detail for your reading pleasure), Friday night, Mom gave me 30$ for my birthday and got me a new printer. Jason and I went to the train station to pick up Mahi, went to gas station, Mahi bitched about cigarettes being cheaper here, then we went to McDonalds and I got a ton of food, even though I was full, Mahi bought it for me cause it was my birthday. After we all got full we left, got on highway 34, and were on our way, on the way we listened to Slipknot, told ghost stories, and talked about a lot of other stuff, we finally got in iowa city at like 8, it started snowing right when we got into town, we went to Tylers to hang out and see Tyler and Tiff. Tyler was playing a sweet computer game called Mafia, we watched him play that for awhile, and tried to give Steven directions to Tylers but he kept getting lost or going the wrong way. Tyler showed us the DTYK music video, it's sweet, their new cd is ganna be really fucking sick, you should all buy it when it comes out. After all that we go out side and realize it's snowed a fucking lot in the past couple hours, saw who could slide the farthest on the snow Tyler won, we were sliding like 25 feet or so it was sweet. So then we go to Hy-Vee to get stuff to drink, then go to Gabes to meet Chris, good friend of mine, new Death To Your King drummer, really nice guy. See a lot of people I know, watched kids get messed up on the slick sidewalk, Then we all went to Nates I got to see TIFFANY! for the first time in like half a year, hopefully she'll come visit me and Nic this weekend that would be toooo sweet. After hanging out there for awhile everybody left to go back to Tylers, except me cause I was comfortbale on nates couch half asleep, so at like 5 am I went to sleep. Woke up at like 11, and every hour in between, was really fucking hungry so Amanda? too me, Kyle and Megan to McDonalds after we all showered, then we all came back, and everybody was back from Tylers and Patrick was there, and it was time to practice, we had to load up amps and stuff and move them across the street to Lancasters, we started practicing, the drum set Jason was using was really quiet and wasnt very good so it was difficult Pat broke a bass string, and Jason broke a bass drum head, so they all went to a music store, came back, we practiced a little more, than loaded all of our stuff up into Nates Durango and some of the stuff went in Jasons car, and some went in Joes. we hung out for a bit and then went to Gabes, went and grabbed a bite to eat with Jeff, Jason, Caleb, and Mahi, went back watched Torch The Morgue, then set up and stuff, played pretty decent(even with Pat and Nate being drunk), a hell of a lot better than we did in Burlington the next day, a bunch of kids danced, thanks to those who did. After the show, we all loaded stuff out the front door of Gabes into Nates Durango, Jason and Joes cars again. Went back to Nates where the "after party" took place haha. It was sweet, everybody was there at one time or another, Ellesworth, Kyle, and Chris? played twister and one of the guitar players from The End commentated through a mega phone, it was quite funny. after that I sat with DTYK Chris, Tyler, Emily, other people? for a bit then realized the party was getting old and went across the street to Lancasters, Tim and Jon DTF were up still watching porn with Tiff and Emily, so I took part in that for awhile, got a pillow and a blanket and laid in this not very comfortable chair. Tiff made us hot chocolate!! She's really sweet <3. Emily was cold so I gave her my blanket because she's cute. eventually went to sleep at like 3 or 4 am. Woke up, hung out with the Dead To Fall guys FINALLY watched Anchor Man with Tim. after that hung out with guys and Emily and Mahi, and Tiff. Jason desided it was time to go home at like 1, so I got online for like 5 mins, talked to people, the car ride home was actually alright, I wasnt really tired because I actually got some sleep, Came home for a bit, showered, got ready and shit, Jason came and got me again and we went to the venue at like 5, started unloading, and then Nate realized his guitar was gone, so he was kinda pissed, and had to borrow a guitar, not sure who from but it wasnt that great of a guitar at all. We ended up playing through full stacks, we played really bad and like nobody danced, good job Burlington, good job. anyways, KOC played, and they played really good, the covered Down By Law, a Madball song if you didnt know that already, me and Dave got a mic and shared it, it was fun. Ignite The Will was really good, for some reason I can't really get into them, maybe it's because it reminds me of Bled For Days without Thom and Sam? The End played really well they are really sweet guys. Dead To Fall started off with a mighty ducks quack down, and Jon said QUACK on the part where he says go? haha it was funny I laughed for a good minute or two. after their set they played Slaughter of The Soul, an At The Gates cover, and I played bass it was a sweet end to the weekend, after the show I said bye to The End and Dead to fall guys, all the Burlington kids, the rest of my band, KOC and Ignite The Will, the QC guys, loaded my shit up in Ericas car, and went to grab a bite to eat, went to Katies for a bit, and then came home and went to sleep, so I could be rested up for PUBLIC SCHOOL the next day, it sucked, all this week has been hell. I just got done packing because, today is the day I leave for Mayo clinic with Nic because he has to get more tests done on his heart, I could be up there all week, or just until Wednesday night it all depends on ho stuff goes, I might be online every once in awhile, if you want to know how stuff is going just leave me a comment and I'll try to get ahold of you. me and erica broke up, I guess it wasnt really a big deal, we are two way different people but we knew we liked each other, maybe we rushed it I always seem to do that w/e I guess. I'm sooo fed up with school and all the shitty people that go there, they just get on my last fucking nerve, on that note I started eatting lean meats again on my quest to gain muscal mass which is a big deal to me for some reason. I hope you all have been doing well I decided to start writing in this because not as many people read it as my xanga, but at the same time it's easier to write to myself than 50 people, besides if you dont have a live journal you probably arent that cool. In The Rogue Blood has a couple shows comming up I know a lot of you have seen these flyers on myspace but here's another one for you all.

sooo, my life has been changing a lot, which doesnt mean much because I update this like bi-monthy at the most, so anyways, I've been hanging out with Jason and Nic almost everynight, Chris and Dylan came and stayed with me, me and Brooke are long done, and the love is gone butttt I'm not too worried about it anymore because I met a girl named Chelsea, you all know her as Chess, and if you have myspace you've prob came across this beautiful girl, she stayed the night at Alis, a long with Nic, Kara, and myself, a lot of funny things went down, it was a fuunn time, but now that you all know about that, there's more sweet things I have to tell you about, like In The Rogue Blood, yea, that's right, their back, and this time I just happen to play guitar for them, and Joe is going to singing for them, so far we've wrote one of the best sets around, or at least I think so, we plan on playing our first show when Jake Belcher comes back in October, or mabye sooner if something comes up that we're intrested in, besides that I dont really have anything important enough to put in here, except I love all my friends and family, and of course Chess <333

As She Sleeps will be looking for a new bass player cause Jake Belcher is moving away which sucks, but hey it happens, we are looking for somebody who can go completely crazy while they play, talent isnt really a matter, if you can play our simple songs, your in, I think our next show may be in June if we dont have one this weekend, check www.burlingtonmusic.com for updates on that one, oh yea a car got pushed into the corn field by the barn, a hole was put into the wall from rough dancing, tons of chairs were broken, and Unworthy Eyes was sweet, they stayed at my house and if you want you should check them out www.unworthyeyes.com and have them play for your town.
anyways, nothings really new, schools almost over and im still failing, i think im not ganna take drivers ed, but I might, or I might just drive without a licence..
